Danielle has been a recipe developer for more than 15 years. She’s gone from working in restaurants, to blogging, to restaurant menu creating and consulting, to owning a milk & cookies bakery, and to writing and photographing 2 cookbooks. She cooks and bakes food that is exciting, and a bit different, while specializing in Israeli, Middle Eastern and Mediterranean flavors. Danielle is Israeli born, New Jersey-raised and currently lives in Atlanta with her family.
