Lior Mashiach is a pastry chef and recipe developer based in Tel Aviv. She attended culinary school at The International Culinary Center in New York City and went on to intern at Eataly, The Mercer Kitchen, Ron Ben Israel Cakes, and Noma. Currently she runs her own baking business out of her Tel Aviv studio where she hosts baking workshops and experiential meals. She also writes a column in the Israeli food magazine Hashulchan.
