Nosher Monthly Cook-Along: Potato Knishes

Hosted By: The Nosher

Watch the recording of this session here:

Join Nosher editor Shannon Sarna to make knishes, two ways.

Here is the recipe we will be working from.

If you want to make pastrami knishes, have a few ounces of sliced pastrami around. Other optional ingredients: sautéed vegetables, sauerkraut or goat cheese.

It would be a good idea to preheat your oven and prep your dough ahead of class if you want to bake along in real time.

The recording of this class will be available on YouTube after the class if you cannot make it live.
