‘Where is Anne Frank’

Hosted By: The Center for Jewish History

“Where is Anne Frank” is a 2021 animated film by Israeli filmmaker Ari Folman, the Academy Award-nominated director of “Waltz with Bashir.” The story follows Kitty, Anne Frank’s imaginary friend, as she comes to life in contemporary Amsterdam and searches for answers about Anne’s fate. A newly edited version, never before seen in the United States, will be screened, followed by a panel discussion with Folman.
