Learn how to make a delicious Strawberry Pretzel Dessert, perfect for these long summer Shabbat afternoons.

Recipe for Strawberry Pretzel Dessert:
(Makes 2 servings. Can be doubled)


1/3 cup crushed pretzels
2 tablespoons butter, softened
2 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup whipped topping
2 1/2 Tablespoons strawberry gelatin (powder)
1/2 cup boiling water
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
Optional: Whipped topping and pretzel twists
Supplies needed:
1 large bowl, 2 10oz ramekins (or aluminum baking cups), 2 small bowls, 1 spatula, 1 spoon, refrigerator, oven, wire rack (optional)
