Beloved year round, the “fullness” of grape leaves make them especially perfect as a tasty symbol to celebrate Sukkot and the abundance of the fall harvest.
Join The Nosher and Sephardic chef Susan Barocas as she shows you step by step how to make grape leaves stuffed with rice and herbs. She will also demonstrate how to adapt the stuffing to prepare and stuff vegetables like zucchini and onions the Sephardic way.
The only problem with serving this recipe is that your guests will always want more.
