Responsibility and Protest In Jewish Tradition
Hosted By: Haberman Institute
How and when do we decide to take action in today’s fast-paced and divided world? Join us for this three-week mini-course to examine how classical Jewish sources explore responsibility, protest, and decision-making in both public and private spaces. The ancient sages and Jewish wisdom will be a model for how we can more deeply think through our communal responsibility. As we explore these texts, we may also consider how technological and sociological innovations affect how we think about these responsibilities.
