Peace Process: Bringing Calm Home

Hosted By: The Florence Melton School of Adult Jewish Learning

In a time of global turmoil and uncertainty, a special program with renowned Melton teacher Lynne Lieberman focuses on the Jewish tradition of Shalom Bayit, which means “wholeness or fulfillment in one’s home.” The program will discuss Jewish values such as honor/respect (kavod) and forgiveness (slichah), offering guidance for fostering peaceful interactions at home and within the family. Through exploring Jewish texts, participants will gain insights aimed at bringing calm to their lives and contributing to world peace.
