JTA Conversations: War in Ukraine

Hosted By: Jewish Telegraphic Agency (JTA)

Russian forces invaded Ukraine by land, air and sea on Thursday, Feb. 24, throwing the region and the world into a state of unease and chaos. Join us to unpack the war’s impact on Ukraine’s Jews, learn more about Jewish history in the region, and understand all angles of what the violence means for this community of tens of thousands of Jews.

You will hear from JTA Editor-in-Chief Philissa Cramer, JTA News Director Gabe Friedman, JTA Europe Correspondent Cnaan Liphshiz and JTA Reporter Asaf Shalev, as they discuss all these topics and answer your questions. We also expect to be joined by our reporters who are covering the war on the ground in Moldova and Poland.
