Get To Know Your Jewish Mustards

Hosted By: The Nosher

Calling all mustard lovers! Join The Nosher for a conversation with Barry Levenson, Curator of the National Mustard Museum in Middleton, Wisconsin. Barry will share the history and contents of this quirky museum, spotlight some of his favorite mustards and inspire you to try more of this Jewish condiment. Levenson first started collecting mustards after his favorite baseball team, the Boston Red Sox, lost in the 1986 World Series. Despondent, he went grocery shopping after the game and was drawn to the bottles of mustard. Founded in 1992, the mustard museum is often listed as one of the most unusual museums in the United States, typically drawing around 35,000 visitors a year and features over 6,000 different types of mustard. That is some serious mustard affection.
