Earth, Moon, Mindfulness

Hosted By: Institute for Jewish Spirituality

The Institute for Jewish Spirituality will host a monthly series led by Kohenet Keshira haLev Fife, exploring the connection between Jewish time and the elements. Each session will focus on the “spiralinear” nature of time, rooted in the energies of the Jewish months and the phases of the moon. Participants will cultivate an earth-based mindfulness practice to deepen their connection with themselves, their bodies, and nature throughout the year.
