Decoding Distress: Jewish Parenting for Teen Mental Health

Hosted By: Moving Traditions

Moving Traditions invites parents and educators of Jewish youth to a discussion on supporting teen well-being, resilience, and mental health. Rabbi Daniel Brenner and Dr. Jess Shatkin, a leading child and adolescent psychiatrist at NYU, along with a teen activist, will share insights on trends among Jewish teens and strategies for fostering their well-being through Jewish identity and community. The event includes a one-hour discussion followed by an optional networking “after-party” for attendees to share reflections and continue the conversation.
