Cook a Sephardic Rosh Hashanah Seder

Hosted By: The Nosher

Hosted by The Nosher, this event offers an in-depth exploration of the traditional Sephardi Rosh Hashanah seder. The ritual, which dates back nearly 2,000 years to the Babylonian Talmud, is centered around symbolic foods and their accompanying blessings, known as simanim. Chef Vered Guttman will discuss the history of this ancient custom and guide participants through making both traditional and contemporary dishes for a meaningful and enjoyable Rosh Hashanah seder. Recipes and ingredient lists will be provided via email before the class.
