Here is the blessing for putting on a tallit:

בָּרוּךְ אַתָּה ה’ אֱלֹהֵינוּ מֶלֶךְ הַעוֹלָם אֲשֶׁר קִדְשָׁנוּ בְּמִצְוֹתָיו וְצִוָּנוּ לְהִתְעַטֵּף בְּצִיצִית
