Where are You Now: The Building of Authentic Leaders

Why is it important – and Jewish – to recruit and nurture authentic, vulnerable leaders? Rabbi Dr. Yossi Kastan, a Head of School, speaks with humor and candor of the struggle our leaders face daily to resist the illusion of perfection, and, instead, embrace their true selves with all of their flaws in front of their communities, their families, and themselves.

Rabbi Dr. Yossi Kastan has been involved in education for 20 years. With a background in both formal and informal education, a Bachelors Degree in Business, and a Master’s Degree in Teaching and Learning, Rabbi Kastan works on balancing data-driven best practices with innovative strategies to teach timeless Jewish values.
