Leah Siesfeld is a theatre administrator and food writer living in Manhattan. Originally from New Rochelle, New York, she graduated from DePaul University with a BFA in Theatre Management. Before the COVID-19 pandemic, Leah was working on Broadway, renovating and restoring historic theatres. Currently, she is baking delicious, creative challahs in her apartment.
