UJA-Federation of New York and The New York Jewish Week will host a discussion with Elissa Strauss, author of the new book “When You Care: The Unexpected Magic of Caring for Others.” The event will explore the psychological, philosophical, and spiritual impact of parenting and caregiving and discuss how these roles are perceived in broader culture. The conversation will be moderated by Rabbi Deborah Joselow, chief planning officer of UJA.
