Plum Crisp

This fruit dessert is a wonderful alternative to apple crisp.

This dessert is a lovely alternative to apple crisp. Made with fresh plums it is sure to wow your guests.


  1. 1 egg
  2. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  3. 1/4 cup sugar
  4. 1 cup flour
  5. 2 lb plums
  6. 3/4 cup brown sugar
  7. 1/4 cup melted butter or margarine


Quarter plums and put in a 10 inch pan.

Sprinkle brown sugar onto plums. Mix flour, sugar, cinamon, and egg – then sprinkle over the plums.

Drizzle the plums with butter or margarine.

Bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
