Broccoli Kugel

A side dish for Shabbat or holiday tables.

This delicious and easy side dish is great for everyday meals or special occasions. You can substitute any frozen vegetable for a colorful twist.


  1. 2 lb broccoli
  2. 4 eggs
  3. 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  4. 3 Tablespoons onion soup mix
  5. 3 Tablespoons oil
  6. 3 Tablespoons flour or breadcrumbs
  7. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs


Cook, drain, and mash broccoli. Mix all ingredients except for breadcrumbs in a bowl.

Sprinkle a 9×13 pan with breadcrumbs. Pour broccoli mixture into pan.

Bake at 350F for 45 minutes to an hour until golden.
