1 lb medjool dates, pitted
1 cup slivered almonds
Finely shredded coconut, for rolling

Directions



Yield
2 dozen rolls


Pulse dates and almonds in a food processor until they form a malleable paste. Form 1-inch balls from the date mixture and roll in shredded coconut.
