The International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA) is an international governmental organization that brings together governments and experts to advance and promote Holocaust education, research, and remembrance. The IHRA definition of antisemitism, although controversial in the United States, has been officially adopted or endorsed by many countries, U.S. states, and localities. Lesley Weiss, a member of the US delegation to IHRA, will discuss the history and role of IHRA in combating antisemitism and Holocaust distortion and how IHRA works with 35 different member countries to further its mission.
