Letters from Prague: A New Play

Hosted By: JArts

Boston-based theater maker Jason Slavick has spent years processing the letters his wife’s family sent to and from each other in Prague during the Holocaust.

Letters from Prague tells, as it is happening and in their own words, the harrowing drama of one family’s escape from the Holocaust, culminating two generations later at the U.S. Embassy in the Czech Republic.

Inspired in partnership with JArts TheatreWorks, Jason Slavick has turned these letters into a play. Join in-person at the Gann Academy Black Box for the first public reading of this new play, and hear this work in development.
