Intro to Hebrew: Decoding / Reading

Hosted By: FreelanceJudaism

If learning Hebrew has ever been on your to-do list, this course is for you. We’ll navigate our way through Hebrew alphabet and become proficient at decoding and pronouncing the Hebrew language. By the end of this course you will be able to pick up any Hebrew text from a siddur to a map of Israel, and feel comfortable with what you see.

This class meets May 12th, May 19th, May 26th, June 2nd, June 9th, June 16th

$18 per class, $72 for the series.

*This is a beginner level course – no prior experience with Hebrew is necessary. For those who can already read Hebrew and are looking for a more advanced course, please be on the lookout for our “Biblical Hebrew” and “Conversational Hebrew” courses later in the year.
