They will be discussing their favorite recipes from his newest New York Times best selling cookbook, I Could Nosh: Classic Jew-ish Recipes Revamped for Every Day, in addition to Jake’s Jewish story and his inspiration for Jewish cuisine. You can purchase one of the 50 available copies of I Could Nosh for $31. Simply check the ticket options on our Eventbrite registration page. Copies will be sold on a first-come, first-serve basis.

In March of 2020, as the pandemic took hold of our local communities and safer-at-home orders were issued, American Jewish University shifted the delivery of our adult education and community programming to digital formats. Dedicated to providing Jewish learning to our communities, AJU understood the importance of showcasing original content that was not only easily accessible, but also fostered a sense of connection amidst the isolation that many faced.
