Welcome to the oldest Jewish museums in the world: it was founded in 1909. Its current building was built in 1931 by the Jewish community. In our collection, we preserve and care for more than ten thousand artifacts of Jewish culture in Hungary and Europe’s largest and most complete surviving Jewish community archives.
