Communities Transported: Three Communities, Three Jewish Stories

Hosted By: London School of Jewish Studies (LSJS)

Since the beginning of time, Jews have travelled in search of a better future, whether due to persecution, economy or opportunity. Every community has a tale to tell and traditions to treasure.

In this new series, we will explore three diverse communities, their origins, journeys and modern realities. Community experts will show how past travels – and sometimes travails – have shaped the customs and heritage of the lives of Jews today.
