Beloved and Loving: A Six-Week Course in Mindfulness and Text Study

Through text study, discussion and concrete meditative practices, we will explore various ways to integrate and embody belovedness and love in our own lives, as the Shema asks us to do. We will develop the capacity to feel beloved and open to our natural love in an intentional way. Sessions will build on each other and so participation in the whole course is strongly recommended.
