Join Sara Gardner, culinary historian and all-around lover of bread, for a 4-part continuation of our virtual baking-based diasporic adventure. We’ll be exploring the diverse culinary traditions that comprise the global Jewish diaspora, from Cuba to Italy to Hungary and more, as we hone our technical baking skills. This class will continue to explore techniques that will improve your sweet and savory baking while we learn about Jewish communities from across the globe. It promises to be a delicious time!
