Rifat Sonsino is rabbi of Temple Beth Shalom in Needham, Massachusetts. He holds a doctorate in Bible and Ancient Near Eastern Studies from the University of Pennsylvania and is the author of a number of books, including Finding God: 10 Jewish Responses.
