Caroline Keswin

is a Junior in High School. Caroline has pursued an interest in mental health, generally, and in positive teenage psychology and the science of happiness, specifically. Since her freshman year, she has performed research on mental health and interviewed a wide array of experts in the fields of digital mindfulness, stress, and the science of happiness, including Amy Blankson, Nataly Kogan, and Lisa Damour. Additionally, Caroline has created a website that provides research, interviews, and mindfulness tools for teenagers interested in mental health and well-being.
