How to Find an Online Passover Seder

Celebrate the festival of freedom from the comfort of home.

Many synagogues and Jewish organizations now hold online Passover seders. Below is a guide of online seders anyone can join.

First Night, April 5, 2023

Congregation Beit Simchat Torah: This New York City congregation that historically served the interests of the LGBT community will host a community seder on the first night of the holiday at 6:00 PM Eastern time. More information and registration here.

Congregation Rodeph Sholom: Led by Rabbi Benjamin Spratt and Cantor Shayna De Lowe, this Reform congregation will be hosting an online seder at 6:00 PM Eastern time intended for families and adults. More information and registration here.

Lab/Shul: This innovative “everybody-friendly, God-optional” community based in New York will host a “Freedom Feast” at 6:30 PM Eastern time. More information and registration here.

Temple Beth Israel: This Reconstructionist synagogue in Eugene, Oregon, will be hosting a community seder at 5:30 PM Pacific time led by Rabbi Alyson Solomon. More information and registration here.

Kehillah: This unaffiliated congregation in Richmond, Virginia, will host Seder-ish: A Virtual seder at 6:00 PM Eastern time. More information and registration here.

Second Night, April 6, 2023

My Jewish Learning: MJL’s own Passover seder at 6:30 PM Eastern hosted by Rabbi Moishe Steigmann, the founder of Own Your Judaism, a Milwaukee-based organization that hosts learning, celebrating, life-cycles event, and coaching programs. More information and registration here.
