The Nosher’s Brisket Master Class

Hosted By: The Nosher

Make dry, frustrating brisket a thing of the past!

In this one-hour online class, award-winning chef Brad Mahlof will guide you through the process of making mouth-watering brisket for your next holiday feast. His class is full of tips and tricks to keep your meat moist, to optimize your time in the preparation phase and to bring out a range of different flavors.

Can’t watch the class live? Don’t fret! All registrants will receive a recording of the class that won’t expire, along with the recipes.

About your teacher: Brad Mahlof is an award-winning chef and kosher recipe developer, known for his recipes that showcase his Sephardic, Israeli and Ashkenazi roots. He won the PBS competition series “The Great American Recipe” where he represented Jewish (and kosher) cuisine. He has also been featured in numerous food and media outlets, was named “36 to Watch” by the New York Jewish Week and is a former Nosher Jewish-Food Fellow.
