New Trends in YIVO Scholarship

Hosted By: YIVO

A panel discussion hosted by the YIVO Institute for Jewish Research will highlight new scholarship examining YIVO’s early initiatives through contemporary research methods. Since its founding in 1925, YIVO has supported projects such as youth autobiography contests, an economic-statistical division, and a youth research department, combining academic inquiry with engagement in Jewish communal life. Panelists William Pimlott, Kamil Kijek, and Nicolas Vallois will present their findings, followed by a conversation led by Jessica Kirzane.
