Dr. Sasha Goldstein Sabbah, Assistant Professor of Middle Eastern Studies at the University of Groningen in the Netherlands. Her recent book is called Baghdadi Jewish Networks in the Age of Nationalism. Dr. Sabbah interviewed Myriam Levain who is based in France, but has begun to travel to Tunisia, her mother’s family’s homeland, for the past few years. She is a journalist and founder of Stay Tunes on Instagram where she shares the rich culture and heritage of the Jews of Tunisia.
