According to Mark S. Young, one of the biggest problems facing Jewish organizations today is a high turnover rate, which also comes at a high financial cost. Inspired by a business model adopted by retailers like Costco, Young argues that if Jewish organizations can find better ways to invest in their employees they will attract and retain quality employees and save money.
