Todd & God Want To Remind You About Fruit

I feel like it was just yesterday that I broke my fast from Yom Kippur and thought, “Well, thank God I don’t have to do that for a while.” Guess what though? Whether you like it or not, the High Holidays are fast approaching.

With Erev Rosh Hashanah a week away (I just remembered that I’m going to be subjected to honey on challah. Yuck.), it is time to do the following things: take your suit to the cleaners; make sure you received your synagogue tickets; buy your apples and honey; and prepare nice anecdotes about your kids that you can share with the old lady that sits right behind you in the overflow service.

But please, don’t forget about the ceremony for new fruit. Don’t know what it is? Lucky for you, God (from “Torah” fame) taught our good friend Todd a year ago all about it! And believe you me, Todd remembers. Here is a refresher for you.

Mmm…Goji berries.
