The Sacred Earth Virtual Book Launch & Power for Purpose Climate Action Workshop

Hosted By: CCAR Press

Join The Shalom Center, CCAR Press, and The Religious Action Center for a night of learning and action in honor of the release of “The Sacred Earth: Jewish Perspectives on Our Planet.” In this new collection from CCAR Press, leading thinkers at the intersection of Judaism and Earth-wisdom reflect on human vulnerability in the face of forces of nature, examine conceptions of our place in cosmology, and grapple with environmental destruction.

During this program, four of the book’s contributing authors will converse about how Judaism compels us into action for climate justice and attendees will get to take concrete action as part of The RAC’s Power for Purpose campaign.
