Mark B. Levin is Executive Vice-Chairman and CEO of the National Coalition Supporting Eurasian Jewry (NCSEJ) since 1992 and is one of the Jewish community’s leading experts on Russia and the former Soviet Union. He travels extensively throughout the former Soviet region on a frequent basis. His first trip to Russia was in 1982 when he led a U.S. Congressional delegation to meet with Soviet officials and Jewish activists.
