Vice President of Community Engagement Naama Haviv and Program Manager Joey Hentzler of MAZON: A Jewish Response to Hunger will be joining the ISJL community for a program called “Serving Tzedek: Food Insecurity in America.” They’ll discuss with the audience what hunger looks like in our nation and how it has shifted in the pandemic. They’ll also share the unique role the Southern Jewish community can play in the essential work to end hunger, wielding our most powerful tool – the strength of our voices, grounded in the moral authority of our shared values.
