Selichot: A Night of Spiritual Reawakening

Hosted By: Mount Zion Temple (St. Paul)

Prior to Selichot services, the evening that ushers in the High Holy Days, Abigail Pogrebin, author of “My Jewish Year”, will be in conversation with Rabbi Adam Stock Spilker with Q and A from the audience. Based on her column in The Forward, called “18 Holidays; One Wondering Jew,” the book chronicles Pogrebin’s adventures in Judaism, from Elul, the period of reflection that precedes Rosh Hashanah, to the final Shabbat of the year.
