Reward and Punishment in Pirkei Avot

Hosted By: Jewish Study Center

Joe Rosenstein’s book “Reflections on Pirkei Avot (Ethics of the Fathers): Not Just What My Rebbe Taught Me” examines the Pirkei Avot teachings, their historical context and relevance to our times. In this free 2-session Zoom class, Joe will review the teachings that deal with issues of reward and punishment. He will discuss how the sages tried to deal with these issues- who will be rewarded or punished and how.
