Recharge: Explore This Week’s Shabbat Essay with the Author

Hosted By: My Jewish Learning

Each Shabbat, My Jewish Learning subscribers can enjoy “Recharge: Shabbat Reading to Refresh Your Soul,” an email filled with a thought-provoking essay by a Jewish leader, additional reading to help you enjoy Shabbat, a Jewish meditation, and more.

This Monday, May 9, please join our inaugural Recharge Discussion Group, an opportunity to meet the author of the week’s essay and dive deeper into the topics it raises.

This week we’ll meet Rabbi Avi Kilip, executive vice president of Hadar, who wrote the essay “The Magic Eye” for the Recharge sent on May 6 & 7. We’ll discuss different ways of connecting to God and what it mean to be holy.

Don’t miss your chance to get a glimpse behind the scenes of the weekly Recharge newsletter. Join our virtual post-Shabbat table, and bring your questions!
