Conservative Judaism finds itself at a crossroads. This three-part program with acclaimed Melton teacher Rabbi Amy Wallk will explore the history of Conservative Judaism, its beginnings, key principles and ideals, and its future direction. Topics will include Zionism, driving on Shabbat, the role of women, LGBTQ+ ordination and engagement, and the role of non-Jews in synagogue life, offering an insightful look at how the denomination navigates the 21st century.
