Been There: Your Questions Answered
Truth, advice, and support from someone who gets it.
In Jewish tradition, asking questions is seen as a path to growth and understanding, especially when it comes to challenges we face in life. The idea of a question-and-answer column is more Jewish than it may seem! Ancient Jewish rabbis and scholars have published whole books about Sheilot (questions) and Tshuvot (answers) to provide guidance. This column is here to help teenagers like us navigate their struggles with advice from older teenagers and peers rooted in the importance of self-care, while reminding you that seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness.
