Michael Mellen

Rabbi Michael Mellen is an executive coach, trainer, facilitator, and speaker with a focus on leadership development and building relationships within organizations. Rabbi Mellen’s clients range from independent entrepreneurs and synagogue educators to summer camp directors and organizational executives. Prior to founding Lynx Coaching, he served as a congregational rabbi and educator, Director of Youth Programs for the URJ, and as a consultant and coach in congregational and organizational settings with the Jewish Education Project. He received rabbinic ordination from Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion.
