Maurice Elias

Maurice J. Elias, Ph.D. is Professor of Psychology and Contributing Faculty in Jewish Studies at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ. He co-directs the Academy for SEL in Schools. Among his books are The Joys and Oys of Parenting: Insight and Wisdom from the Jewish Tradition (Behrman House) and Talking Treasure: Stories to Help Build Emotional Intelligence and Resilience in Young Children (Research Press), with Jewish storytellers Devorah Omer and Vered Hankin.
