Erin Clarkson

Erin is originally from New Zealand but moved to Brooklyn, New York, four years ago. A geologist by trade (she worked on an oil rig before moving to NYC), Erin now spends most of her time in her tiny apartment kitchen, working on recipes for her food blog Cloudy Kitchen.
