Born in Mexico City, I consider myself a citizen of the world. Since I was a little girl, my rich heritage marked my relationship with food. I grew up in a home and family filled with love, where food was (and is) the protagonist of all family events. I studied culinary arts in Europe and the U.S. and, after many years and experiences, I found my style in the kitchen, and although it is always evolving, my heritage predominates.
