The Shofar Project 5785 A Study and Practice Group for Young Adults

The Institute for Jewish Spirituality invites those in their 20s and 30s to join Rebecca Schisler and Kohenet Keshira haLev Fife for four special sessions of the Shevet Jewish Mindfulness Community during the month of Elul. These gatherings offer space for introspection, reflection, and spiritual practice in preparation for Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur. Teachings will draw from “This Is Real and You Are Completely Unprepared” by Rabbi Alan Lew, exploring the themes of teshuva and intentional return.
