Recipes of Hope and Healing
Survivors of Auschwitz-Birkenau speak about food, its role in their lives, and the cookbook put together by the Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial Foundation, to which they have shared their recipes and memories.
The cookbook will be for sale at the event. Dairy desserts from the cookbook will be served.
